Day One: Load Day

Starting weight: 188.6
So I have read that it is hard to load...oh my word...they were right. I can't even think of food and it is almost lunch time. It is such a mind trip. Here I am all ready to loose weight and stuffing my face with donuts and hamburgers. It will all be worth it right???

B: 2 donuts and one hostess apple pie
L: Wendys double cheeseburger, Large Fry, Large Sprite
D: Big Plate of Spaghetti, Garlic Bread

I am excited to get this part over with. Also the drops are kind of weird. I am doing 10 drops 2 times a day or when I get hungry. I read that you should keep them under your tongue as long as possible. It is kind of tricky! I felt like I was going to slobber everywhere! lol
